Did You Know?
Do you know that 1 in 2 people suffer silently for years with reversible hormone imbalances, digestive disorders, stealth infections, and cognitive issues like brain fog and memory loss?
Do you also know that many people with these chronic health issues are never properly tested by their primary care doctors?
Oftentimes they hear “everything is fine” or “it’s just a sign of getting older”, when they know they don’t feel fine and feel like they aren’t being heard?
Left unchecked, all these issues can lead to more complicated health problems such as autoimmune disease, chronic pain, inflammation and heart disease, and obesity.

Meet Valerie L. Youngblood, MD, ABIHM
Dr. Valerie Youngblood graduated from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine. Her desire to help and heal has been driven by an innate spiritual imperative to serve and as she paid her dues in developing integrity and earning respect from her peers and patients, she realized that for all her training, true wellness, true health comes from within. This lit a fire within her and she went on to become trained in Iyengar yoga, TM, Lifestyle Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine and more recently, the Bredesen Recode Protocol. Further, she became certified in Integrative Medicine and is now having completed her studies in Functional Medicine, a candidate for certification via the Institute of Functional Medicine.
What gives her the most joy is seeing another person wake up and realize the power within themselves. Realizing that their body may be out of balance, but who they really are is not. She sees her role as the remover of imbalances, so that the person can shine thru in mind, body and spirit to go on to realize the sheer blessing of this gift of life.
